Return and Refund Policy

At Steamy Lit, we want you to love your subscription box! Please review our policy below:

• All subscription purchases are final. Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@steamylit.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
• We review damaged item claims on a case-by-case basis. If a replacement cannot be provided, we may offer a partial refund as a resolution.
