Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellations

• More Amor (Monthly Subscription):
  To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, you must cancel your subscription by the 14th of the current month.
  After the 14th, your subscription will renew and you will be charged for the upcoming box.
  First-time subscribers are locked in for a minimum of 3 months.

• The Steam Box (Quarterly Subscription):
  Cancellations must be made before the end of the current box cycle to avoid being charged for the next box.
  For example, if you cancel during the Spring cycle (Apr–Jun), you will not be charged for the Summer box.

• No skipping or pausing options are currently available for either subscription. To take a break, you must cancel and re-subscribe later.

Refunds

• All subscription charges are final.

• We do not offer refunds once a charge has been processed.
