Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are not included in your subscription price and will be calculated and charged separately at checkout.

  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship subscription boxes to U.S. addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Shipping Schedule:

    • The Steam Box ships quarterly, at the end of each season’s cycle:

      • Winter Box (Jan–Mar) ships end of March

      • Spring Box (Apr–Jun) ships end of June

      • Summer Box (Jul–Sep) ships end of September

      • Fall Box (Oct–Dec) ships end of December

    • More Amor ships monthly during the official release week of the selected book for that month.

  • Shipping Address Updates:

    • For The Steam Box, update your shipping address by the 20th of the last month in the box cycle (e.g., March 20 for the Winter box).

    • For More Amor, update your shipping address by the 14th of the month, alongside your book selection.

    • Shipping labels are created shortly after these cutoff dates. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses if changes are made after the cutoff.

  • Lost or Missing Packages:
    If your tracking status shows your box as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

    • Wait 72 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

    • If you still haven’t received it after 72 hours, contact us at hello@steamylit.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
